Hillside  is a traditional stone-built cottage offering B&B in a quiet village a short drive from the picturesque Cotswold market towns of Northleach, Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Cirencester.  It is well-situated for exploring the North Cotswolds or for visiting the attractive spa town of Cheltenham, venue for popular events throughout the year, including the National Hunt Festival (including the Gold Cup) at the famous racecourse in March, and the Jazz, Science, Music and Literature Festivals later in the year.

The village of Hazleton is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with unspoilt countryside waiting to be explored.  There are several circular walks of varying lengths around the village, and a footpath leads across the fields to a friendly pub/restaurant about a mile away.  Other country inns offering a high standard of cooking can be found in the neighbouring villages, while Cheltenham has many popular restaurants and bars.
